in Pasadena typify this trend. "I believe our approach needs to evolve again for the
future," declares Watson. "Anticipating future market trends, we're adopting innovative
design and construction models that provide multifamily housing that's relevant to
demand. We've started to investigate some of the urban ethnic markets, where future
population growth will be greatest."
